Processing and Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
We only handle domestic orders within the U.S. All items are custom made so please Allow 18-25 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for orders to be handled and processed.
Approximate time for each item to be shipped:
Scrunchies - Will process within 2 days
Bucket Hat - Will process within 8-12 days
Beanies - Will process within 8-12 days
Bralettes - Will process within 8-12 days
Tops - Will process within 8-12 days
Scarves and Neck Warmers - Will process within 14-18 days
Tote bags - Will process within 15-20 days
Wheel covers - Will process within 15-20 days
Bottoms - Will process within 15-20 days
Blankets - Will process within 20-25 days
Shipping method:
Orders are shipped via USPS by default. This can take 1-3 days to be delivered, however we are not responsible for any delays due to USPS.
Returns and exchanges:
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you received a different item than what you ordered, you may be eligible for an exchange. To know if you're eligible, please contact us @maojutom@ncsu.edu. If approved for an exchange, items must be returned within 14 days of the shipped date and must be returned in the same condition it was received in. Exchange shipping will be the customers responsibility. Be sure to pick the right options before checking out your items.

Hello! I want to start off by appreciating you for checking out my small business. I am Maryam Ojutomori and I run all operations and logistics for MARYARN. I started this business in the fall of 2018 but decided to rebrand in fall 2020. Crocheting is my passion and I picked it up as a kid in primary school!
